The published date for catalog contents (node, entry, etc.) is supposed to be the StartDate (as you can see in Commerce Manager).

It's a bit confusing but it's the way it works now.

ok thanks!

is there a way to see this date when editing properties or do we have to go to Options?

because we see only these dates:

  • Published
    Mar 25, 2:05 PM
  • Created
    Mar 25, 2:05 PM
  • Modified

The published date will not be updated when you publish, but you can still change it on Settings tab.

I think you can use IContentVersionRepository to get the version list of a specific catalog content and see when the published version was published.
