Swedish characters å'ä'ö encoding fails after upgrade to 8.7.1

We've upgraded to 8.7.1 and after the upgrade the encoding fails for the swedish characters å,ä,ö in the PropertyDictionaryMultiple propertys on the product templates. What change could have caused this and is there any solution for it?
