Yes, you can download and install the sample site locally with EPiServer Deployment Center. This gives you access to the demo sites source code as well.

I don't see any way to install the Enoteca site by deployment center. Am I missing anything? 

Please note that Enoteca was for Commerce R3, and it has been replaced by Commerce Sample site in Commerce 7.5

If you want to install Enoteca site, you need to install Commerce R3 (along with EPiServer 7) then Enoteca, which you can download the msi from here:
