I am currious to know if you solved your issue? I have a very simular issue, but cannot get the actual order limit value from the PromotionDto. I end up with a complex Expression-XAML that i don't know how to parse.

In the shoppingcart for a e-commerce solution we want to show a message to the
user displaying that if he spends x euro more, shipping will be free of charge.
The free shipping when order amount > X will be handled by a promotion rule.
How could this be done?
Is there a possibility to read all the active promotionRows from the system?
