I would say one of the way to trace down changes (or obsolete things still hanging around in config files from previous versions) would be to create new alloytech site based on epi11 ans compare all *.config files (specifically episerver.framework.config & web.config ones). and try to spot any obvious differences..

After updateing to Episerver 11 my multi language site is showing an error. If I log in and try to go to the admin mode I get this error

System.Configuration.SettingsPropertyNotFoundException
Does anyone has experienced this before?
It works fine if I am not logged into episerver admin mode and also works fine in edit mode.
