Available as zip files for download (up until version 7.5), and NuGet package for upgrading of an existing installation.A first-time installation can only be done for CMS 7.5 through Deployment Center. To have Mail with the latest Episerver version, install a CMS 7.5 site with Mail, and then upgrade to the latest through NuGet.

So says the documentation at least. Nasty. Probably work in progress to support latest version I guess. Maybe someone from episerver can give an ETA?

And if you have the possibility I would recommend not start building anything on Community today. At least if you only need minor parts of it. My most personal impression is that they are reworking that part.I would custom build those parts of the solution if possible based on the much more polished CMS 😀

That's my personal opinion though. At least check with episerver before you start a major community project and ask for advice.
