We've noticed that when we post a form from acc1.example.com it redirects to prd1.example.com. This seems to be an issue with the latest EPiServer release. When we remove the prd1.example.com hostname from the 'Manage website' in the admin area, this doesn't happen anymore.
This list has been cleaned up but it's still a mystery to us why this happens.
