Welcome to the wonderful world of EPiServer. A good place to start would be the introduction page here on world. I haven't seen a blog template package for 7.5 around but there are some version 6 post that you could use for insperation and modify to fit the new 7.5 version (see links below).
Joel has a opensource blog tempate here.
And Fredik Vig has a nice blogpost series where he goes over the basics an creates what could be used as a base for a blog.

I have create a Blog from EPiServer 7.5 Community ,but dont know how to add this to my CMS website. can someone please help.

Install a Relate Project and see the code that how it has been implemented.

I am new to EPI server. I am using version 7.5
Please help me on how to create a new Blog site or if there is a module created for blog.
