Backing type for LinkItem?

Hi

There is a backing type for LinkItemCollection, but not for LinkItem - are there any way I can get the same properties and UI for a single LinkItem as a LinkItemCollection?

Right now I am using the URL property, which is missing the "Name, Title and Open in.." properties.

I'm not sure if that is possible. But you could make a block type that holds those properties and use it as a property on your page to achieve a similar behavior.

Yes I know, I just wondering why they would make a "LinkItem" backing type available. The URL property seems like a scale down version of the LinkItem.
