Forms heavy CPU usage?

I've got a client reporting heavy CPU usage when loading pages with the new forms. Has anyone else had any issues?

For me, all the pages with forms on Azure are slower than those without. But, I do have a pretty old version of Forms though: 2.1.0.2, so I haven't reported this as a support issue until we upgrade.
