Is this folder permission issue?

Will changing the bypassAccessCheck to false in episerver config file resolve this issue?

<add showInFileManager="false" virtualName="TimeCapsuleImages" virtualPath="~/TimeCapsuleImages/" bypassAccessCheck="true" maxVersions="5" physicalPath="C:\EPiServer\VPP\ConsumerTissueOnline\TimeCapsuleImages" name="TimeCapsuleImages" type="EPiServer.Web.Hosting.VirtualPathNativeProvider,EPiServer" />

Thanks for your help :)

This vpp is using the NativeProvider and not the versioning. So the access rights if I remember correctly will actually be the ones set in the file system rather than in Episerver file manager. Which version is this site running on?

/Global/03_Edet/Sweden/Nyhetsbrev/Torky%20Outlook%20%231%202012/

Could be some issue with the Folder name as it seems to include some special letters.
