CMS 11.3.0 - Cannot resolve dependencies for the following module(s)

Just upgraded my project to CMS 11.3.0 and got this error:

Cannot resolve dependencies for the following module(s)
BVNetwork.NotFound.Core.Initialization.Custom404HandlerInitialization
DbLocalizationProvider.EPiServer.DbLocalizationProviderInitializationModule
EPiServer.Cms.TinyMce.Core.TinyMceInitialization
EPiServer.Cms.UI.AspNetIdentity.ApplicationInitializationModule
EPiServer.Commerce.Azure.InitializationModule
EPiServer.Commerce.Internal.Migration.MigrationInitializationModule
EPiServer.Commerce.Shell.Initialization.InitializationModule
EPiServer.Commerce.Shell.ManagerIntegration.Initialization.InitializationModule
EPiServer.Enterprise.Internal.DefaultSiteContentInitialization
EPiServer.Enterprise.Internal.EnterpriseAspNetInitialization
EPiServer.Enterprise.Mirroring.Internal.MirroringTransferHandler
....

Basically, it fails to load all modules. Do I have to configure something?

Looking at the changes no documentation or description how to do it: https://world.episerver.com/documentation/Release-Notes/?versionFilter=11.3.0&packageFilter=EPiServer.CMS.Core&typeFilter=All

Reinstalled packages one by one and the issue disappeared. But found out that quite a lot of dependencies are not compatible with Episerver.CMS 11.3.0 + Episerver.ServiceLocation.StructureMap 2.0.0.

The solution for now to not update these two packages.

I just saw "TinyMce" in your list and just wanted to point out that it's now it's own package (here's a list of new packages in CMS 11). In case you didn't already know that :)

One more tip, for others that might be stuck.

Had a similar issue in upgrading to Episerver 11.5.1, where forceBinFolderScan="false" along with some assembly exclusions prevented Episerver from starting correctly.
