Mogule SEO Manger URL redirect across domain

Hi,
I am planning to use Mogul SEO Manager. I am using EPiServer 9 with Azure Cloud.
we are replacing our old website (www.oldSite.com) with new one (www.NewSite.com).
For this we need to redirect old sites Urls to new site pages.
How can we don this?
I tried to do it via Custom Redirects with page for example,I set rule https://www.oldSite.com/testpage/ to https://NewSite.com,
then in All urls it shows "/https://www.oldSite.com/testpage/" and when I try to go to this page in website which I have deleted show me 410 - Page gone error page.
Could you please tell me can I redirect all my old website Urls to new website url pages i.e from Old domain to new domain?

Install SEO Manager on new site.
Set up custom redirects 301s like above. Add one at the time or import a file with urls...
Pick the target page...

If you have any more questions, contact either mogul support or me and I'll try to help out. Redirecting an old site to new is the main use case for SEO manager so should fit your need there. I did this today for another site btw.
If you delete a page on a site that has seo manager installed it will show up in the 410 tab. This let's you easily create redirects for pages that editors have deleted.
