ContentArea helptext broken when using jQuery UI Tabs

We are using the tabs-plugin to jQuery UI and on those pages the contentArea's got strange in editmode. What happens is that the helptext (drag or....) got placed in the top of the page when inside the tab that does not contain the ContentArea

I have uploaded a video showing the problem in a Alloy site here:

To Reproduce

Download the SourceCode from here:

Open i Visual Studio and run the site
Go Into EditMode and go to a product page
There you will see the problem

I have reported this as a bug, but I show it here also to see if anyone has any workaround

Here is the registered bug (#119725: ContentArea items (actionNode etc) doesn't disappear if hide the contentarea (from external libs like jquery))
