If I think I get what you're saying possibly this https://github.com/Geta/InstantTemplates It allows pages tempaltes to be built up by CMS editors (with perms) that can be used as new pages containing all those blocks created with the data set in the template

Ive recently taken on project management for an episerver website build. The website will be a multisite where we will reuse blocks for any new websites we build. Im looking for a tool which will allow us to visually see the blocks we currently have and build mockups with the same styling/allow users to build a template. Ideally something which is friendly for a non-technical audience.
Does anyone know of any tools or have any ideas or recommendations for where I can find something like this? Any help or ideas welcome :)
