Arkivering av sidor som fortfarande ska visas?
Hej,
Det går förmodligen lösa med lite kod; lyssna på sidor som flyttas och om datumet löpt ut så tar man bort sluta-publicera-datumet.
MEN funktionen att arkivera sidor till en annan plats är inte att rekomendera, då de får en ny adress. Detta kan medföra döda länkar på Google och andra webbplatser som länkat till dessa sidor.

Då är det alltså kodberoende och inte bara någon standardinställning i Epi som jag missat (och hoppades på att det skulle vara :-))...

The out-of-the-box archive function does not actually unpublish the pages.
When the stop-publish date is reached, the page is moved to the archive location you specified.
Next, the stop-publish date is removed (no expiry set) and the page remains published, visible to everyone, just in a different location.
But as Johan says this will break all external links to the old page location, so the default archiving function is not recommended without a way to handle the changed URLs.
A tip for your development team:

Thank you, Arild! There must have been some temporary problem with the archiving function because when I tested again after reading your post it worked like you described (the stop-publishing date was removed). Thanks both for your warnings about broken links, but I do not think this will be a problem in this case.

Om man använder publiceringsdatum så kan man lätt ställa in var sidan ska placeras när sluta-pulicera-datum inträder, t ex att nyheter läggs på en arkivsida efter två veckor. Mitt problem är att jag vill flytta nyheter till en arkivsida efter två veckor, MEN jag vill att arkivsidan med dessa "gamla" nyheter ska vara tillgängliga för alla läsare - jag vill alltså inte att de ska avpubliceras (alltså vill jag inte använda sluta-publicera-datum) utan bara flyttas till en annan sida.
Går detta att göra på något smidigt sätt?
