Required Framework Components 2.2.2 hotfix

Fixes the following issues:

Bug #11997 - Membership provider can't use asp:ChangePassword control
Bug causing the IntegrationMembershipProvider not to synchronize user deletions, lock and unlocks and cause errors in some such scenarios
