This topic describes configuring tracking via the Episerver Content Recommendations interface to whitelist domains for tracking.
How it works
Tracking to the Content Recommendations service must come from whitelisted domains to allow permitted data and to avoid tracking unintended data, which could impact your data volume and your license cost. Each domain from which you collect data must be whitelisted for data to properly be received into the service.
- If you are using Tag Manager to track data
Whitelisting is done at the tag level and is configured by your Onboarding Project Manager or Application Support when they configure your tracking tags.
- If you are using the NuGet package to track data
Go to Settings > Configuration in your Content Recommendations portal to whitelist domains.
