[InsightUI][Segments]Keyword in search box displays slowly when typing

Description

• Preconditions: There are some created Event Filters

• Steps to reproduce:

1. Go to InsightUI -> Segments
2. Click on "Create a segment" button
3. Insert Keyword to the search box

• Actual result: Keyword is displayed slowly (It seems that have a delay time). See video for more detail.
• Expected result: Keyword displays immediately when typing
