IE11: Can't access segments tab in the Insight UI

Description

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Open the Insight UI using the Internet Explorer 11 browser.
  2. On the sub-menu, select the "Segments" tab.

Expected:
The Segments page appears.

Actual:
Displays a blank page.

Note: This bug is observed from the browser's console view.
