Description

Precondition: A filter definition with date/time field

Steps to reproduce

1. Access Insight > Segments > click the Create a segment button.
2. Choose the filter definition in the precondition.
3. Input an invalid date in date time field (example: 02/30/2020).
4. Click the Preview button.

Expected:
Returns invalid date message.

Actual:
Returns a "Please enter param_name parameter" message.
