[Insight/Segment] Segment Manager not set when creating a segment

Description

Precondition: There are some filter definitions.

1. Open Insight > Segments > click the Create a segment button.
2. On the Create segment screen, create a segment with a proper filter definition, input parameters and click Save.
3. In the Segment list:

Actual:
Displays the newly created segment in the section Other recently changed segments and Manager = null.

Expected:
Displays the newly created segment in section Yours and your favorites with recent changes and Manager = your login account (admin@example.com)
