Steps to reproduce
1. In Insight/Segments, admin@example.com duplicates the segment1 that is currently managed by test@example.com.

Expected:
A copy of segment1 is created with Manager=admin@example.com.

Actual:
A copy of segment1 is created with Manager=test@example.com.
