Segment manager column and Yours tab are not update after change segment manager

Description

Steps to reproduce

1. User 1 creates segment Seg01
Result1: Create successfully, Seg01 is listed in Recent and Yours tab.

2. User 1 opens Insight segment -> Recent tab -> moves mouse over Seg01.
Result2: Context menu displays Segment manager is User 1.

3. User 1 changes segment manager to User 2 (on the context menu).
Result3: Context menu displays Segment manager is User 2. But Manager column is not updated.
(User 1 has to wait for some seconds to see that segment manager column is updated)

4. Open Yous tab (when Manager column is still not updated as in R3)
Result4: Seg01 is still listed in Yours tab of User 1
