Description

Precondition: The segmentId= be2e6c7f-73ae-418d-b2ba-5c7974533053 is created in Insight, and has 13 profiles

Steps to reproduce
1. Get the precondition segment

GET urlSegments/be2e6c7f-73ae-418d-b2ba-5c7974533053

Expected:
13 profiles returned in "MatchingProfiles".

Actual:
289 profiles are returned.

Note: No such issue with segment created via ProfileAPI
