Description

Step to reproduce:

  1. A client site (alloy) with incorrect tracking url (or incorrect key).

Actual:
The site runs normally without tracking. Customers don't know if they set the correct tracking configuration or not.

Expected:
An error should be logged, explaining that the site has an incorrect configuration.
