Duplicate records created when same email submitted through form from different browsers

Description

If you used the same browser and submitted a Marketo-connected form more than once with the same email address, the lead information would be (correctly) updated. However, if you used a different browser to submit the same email value to a Marketo-connected form, a separate lead was created instead of synchronizing the leads.
