If you upgraded any Marketing Automation Integration (MAI) connector from 1.0.* to 1.1.* and higher, the Connect for Marketing package is upgraded from EPiServer.ConnectForMarketingAutomation 2.0.3.8000 to 2.1.0.9000. In this scenario, only forms created with 2.1 showed; forms from 2.0 were displayed in the wrong place.
