Steps to reproduce

1. Install EPiServer.Labs.LanguageManager.3.1.0 and LionbridgeConnector.1.4.0.1100 on a CMS11 site.
2. Open Edit View.
3. Add the Languages gadget and the LionBridge Connector gadget.
4. From Lionbridge Connector gadget, click the Settings option.

Expected:
The System setting page opens.
