Published time of Catalog item isn't updated

Description

Steps to reproduce

1. Open the Commerce Catalog View.
2. Create content for Catalog1 in English as a draft version. For example, Category.
3. Wait a few minutes.
4. Publish the content.

Expected: The Published date & time of content is updated.

Actual: The date and time of English language content is not updated. It is still the created time.
