Error code 500 with missing refresh_token key

Description

Steps to reproduce:

1. Post an API request to refresh access tokens that are missing the refresh_token key in the Body tab:

{{EPCMSHost}}/api/episerver/auth/token
grant_type = refresh_token
client_id = Default

Expected:
Returns a response code 400 Bad Request with a clear error message about refresh_token.

Actual:
Returns a response code 500 Internal Server Error with "Page could not be loaded" in the response body.

Observed: Exception in log file as below. Note that some exception messages are duplicate.
