Precondition: Using the IE 11 browser

Steps to reproduce

  1. Go to Order Management.
  2. Open any cart/order detail.
  3. Click to Add New Address at Shipping Address or Add Billing Address at Accept Payment.

Expected
You can add the new address.

Actual:
Nothing happens, no response.
