Description

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Open a contact in the CSR UI screen.
  2. Add a new address or edit an existing one.
  3. Click the country dropdown list.

Expected:
List opens quickly and smoothly.

Actually:
Noticeable lag and even flickering.
