Steps to Reproduce
  1. Go to Order Management > Purchase Orders.
  2. Select an order.
  3. Choose Edit Billing Address for the PO.
  4. Update the Billing Address and save.

Expected:
Appropriate confirmation message.

Actual:
You get message "Price for 'Product' has been changed from $0.00 to $X.XX".
