Steps to reproduce

  1. Update inventory of variant SKU-44477844 (men shoes with price $52.5) has min quantity 2, in-stock 1.
  2. Go to QuickSIlver sample site.
  3. Add the variant SKU-44477844 to a cart.

Expected: Cannot add item to cart.
Actual: Can add item to cart.
