Category still listed in ChildNodeRelations property of parent Category in explorer even if moved to another category in CatalogUI

Description

Precondition: A parent Node with a child Node is available

Steps to reproduce
1. Move a child node to another parent category.
2. Go to Find > Overview > Explore and search the parent Node.
3. Open details and verify the information of ChildNodeRelations.

Expected: The child node at step1 isn't listed in the ChildNodeRelations.
Actual: The child node at step1 is listed in the ChildNodeRelations.
