Description

A default installation of Commerce creates countries. However some of them are outdated. For example "Macedonia, the Former Yugoslav Republic of" (change name to Republic of Macedonia), or "Serbia and Montenegro" (separated to Serbia and Montenegro)

We should update these countries to match current political geography status.
