The upgrade script for EPiServer.Commerce 11.6.1 is incomplete. It should have contained an update to the ecfVersionProperty_SyncBatchPublishedVersion sproc, related to the fix for COM-5864. To make the fix complete, the sproc change needs to be included in a new upgrade script.
