Description

Steps to reproduce

  1. Go to Marketing UI/Discount Priorities and Exclusions of Quicksilver (use default promotion in Quicksilver).
  2. Move up "$50 off Order over $500" to be first priority => Click the Close button.
  3. Go to Discount Priorities and Exclusions screen again.
  4. Move up "$50 off Order over $500" to be the first priority again.

Expected: "Save" button is enabled for user to save changes.
Actual: "Save" button is disabled.
