Description

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Go to Commerce Manager.
  2. Create a new order with some items.
  3. Open the order detail.
  4. Split the order to another shipment.
  5. Go to the Order Notes tab.

Expected: The second shipment's shipment index is #2.
Actual: The second shipment does not have a shipment index, and its shipment id = -32
