Description

Precondition: Disable Vnext mode
Steps to reproduce:

  1. Go to Commerce Manager.
  2. Create a new order.
  3. Add an item to the order with a manual discount.

Expected:
Manual discount description is displayed.

Actual:
Manual discount description is not displayed.

Note: After creating the order, the manual discount description is not displayed in Promotions box of details tab too.
