Description

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Go to Commerce Manager.
  2. Create a new order with a shipping cost (for example, $2 for shipping).
  3. Complete the order.
  4. Create Return => Create Exchange Order successfully => Click Cancel Return.
  5. Create another Return => Save changes successfully.

Expected: Shipping cost of the original order is still $2.
Actual: Shipping cost is $0.
