Description

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Go to the new marketing UI.
  2. Create some discounts.
  3. Create an order satisfying the above discount => promotion is applied successfully.
  4. Go to Commerce Manager.
  5. View Order Details => observe that the discount information is displayed correctly.
  6. Delete the discounts created in step 1.
  7. Go to Commerce Manager and view the Order Details.

Expected: Order's discount information remains as it was before deleting the discount.
Actual: Discount Description/Promotion information is gone.
