Excessive messages in overwrite import

Description

Steps to reproduce:
1. Import a catalog.
2. Re-import the catalog with overwrite.

Expected: No warnings about overwriting entries, the user because explicitly requested it to overwrite.
Actual: Lots of warnings about overwrite, even if the values are the same.

Comment: Can remove all overwrite warnings, not only when there is no change - except for when the code changes. A change in code can be valuable information, the rest is just noise.
