NameInUrl of entry doesn't auto generate when moving catalog entry to another place containing node with same NameInUrl

Description

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create an entry (e.g., a variation) and a node with same NameInUrl in different places. Both are published.
2. Select an entry.
3. Click the Cut button on the New Catalog UI toolbar.
4. Go to the node's place.
5. Click the Paste button.

Expected:
The entry is moved to a new place. Entry's NameInUrl is automatically generated based on name and hexa suffix is added.

Actual:
The error message is displayed as an attachment. After clicking OK, the entry is moved to new place but the NameInUrl of entry is not changed.
