[CSRUI] Cannot view order details when viewing order from customer information

Description

Steps to reproduce

1. Go to the Order Management screen (CSRUI).
2. Open an existing order.
3. From the Summary tab, open Customer Information.
4. From the Select Orders tab, view an Order Summary.
5. Go to the Details tab or the Payments tab.

Expected:
The Order Details or Payments tab is displayed

Actual:
The Contact Details screen is re-displayed.
