All Properties mode: When trying to drag and drop, content not moved to bottom of content area

Description

Steps to reproduce

1.Open a page in All Properties mode.
2.Try to drag and drop a content (page, media, block) in content area to the drop area at the bottom of it.

Expected: The content is moved to the bottom of content area.
Actual: The content is copied to the bottom of content area and content name is still flying with drag icon.
