Get Error on Events/press-released page because missing "page list root"

Description

Steps to reproduce:
1. Install VSExtension CMS11
2. Install MVC template site
3. Browser site after adding Administrator registration
4. Open About us> News & Events> Events (/en/about-us/news-events/events/) or Press Releases (/en/about-us/news-events/press-releases/)

Expected: The page displays its content
Actual: Error due to 'Page list root' is blank
