Description

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Create an approval definition that requires comments on approvals.
  2. Set a page to review.
  3. Approve the review request with a user who has a full name (e.g., Albert Anderson).
  4. Open the email sent to the review requester.

Expected:
Email subject starts with "Approved by Albert Anderson".

Actual
Email subject starts with "Approved by alfred".
