Description

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Select an active project on project mode bar.
  2. Upload an image > the image is in draft status.
  3. Select the image > open the context menu > select Download.

Expected: Image downloads successfully.
Actual: Get error: "File not found"
Note: Don't see bug on released-9-9-1, but get issue on version 10.0.2 and later package
